FAQ - HOW DO THEY WORK?

The way this machine works is very basic.

Our Air To Water Generators use a specially made condenser to cool the air to a very low temperature which helps make water vapour (humidity) in the air turn into water droplets. It works in a similar way to air conditioners or dehumidifiers, but we strongly recommend against drinking their water because they are not designed to be safe for drinking.

So, to make the water safe for drinking in our machines we then subject it to three medical grade UV sterilization lights, a reverse osmosis chamber, a carbon filter, a lead and odour removal filter, as well as a physical electrostatic filter to remove the dust.

We also “remineralise” the water adding in essential safe elements fit for your body to drink. We do NOT add fluoride or chlorine, or any other nasty chemicals or additives.  It just harvests clean, safe drinking water.

If you prefer more Alkaline water, we can arrange to supply that filter too.

You can always order new filters easily & affordably every 6-24 months direct from our supplier, and the machine will also alert and tell you when. To set up the machine you don't require a technician - you simply take out of the box and plug it in, paying attention to the easy-to-read instruction manual so you can learn more about how the machine works.

When plugged into solar panels they must use a 240 volt inverter to power-on the condenser, and this will provide virtually limitless, sustainable water in almost every climate - using batteries for night time operation makes water-making even more efficient due to the high dewpoint overnight, which is what makes grass feel wet - and they work even in the outback or desert.

There are swimming pools of water above your head everywhere you go, and we would need trillions of machines to make even a small dent into taking too much water from the environment - as the air travels around the planet every hour and within one week - plus we have these large evaporating ponds called "oceans" which make up a majority of the surface of our planet, and we have dew rain mist and fog, we have plants animals and humans who release water vapour from respiration and trans-evaporation. Most of the planet is water. We have now arrived at a simple yet clever technological solution to harvest that water.
